Core Concept
The 7 characteristics are mapped to where people actually FEEL them in their body. This isn't arbitrary - it connects the abstract framework to lived, felt experience.

Why Body Mapping Works
- It's YOUR body - not an abstract chart
- You already feel these things - just naming what's there
- It connects thinking to feeling - bridges the gap
- It's memorable - you carry your body everywhere
- It invites checking in - "what's happening in my chest right now?"
- It's universal - everyone has a body, regardless of language/culture
