The 7 Framework

A body-based alternative to psychiatric diagnosis. Takes 2 minutes.

The Problem

Psychiatric diagnosis puts you in buckets: "depression", "anxiety", "ADHD". But two people with "depression" can share zero symptoms. 227 possible symptom combinations fit under one label. Treatment becomes guesswork.

The Alternative

Instead of asking "which disorder?", ask "where are you on each dimension?" Seven body-based spectrums. No buckets. Your unique position on each.

Quick Self-Assessment

For each dimension, mark where you are right now. Middle = balanced. Edges = one extreme or the other. This isn't diagnosis—it's self-awareness.
